Shenzhen CNC Machining Manufacturer
About Us
We manufacture custom precision CNC components in Shenzhen, China — on our own floor — and support buyers with drawing review, process selection, and inspection planning from RFQ through shipment.
- •Production location: Yabian Community, Shajing Street, Baoan District, Shenzhen, China
- •Owned capacity: In-house milling, turning, turn-mill, Swiss-type, and screw machining — 165 listed machines
- •Engineering support: Drawing review, manufacturability notes, and process / inspection routing before we cut metal
We are manufacturers, not traders.
Parts for milling, turning, turn-mill, Swiss-type, and screw machining stay on our floor: we control setup, tooling, and first-piece verification in-house rather than outsourcing those core processes.
Engineering support model
- Drawing & specification review — tolerances, datums, threads, surface finish, and material callouts before programming starts.
- Process selection — milling, turning, turn-mill, Swiss-type, automatic or screw routes matched to geometry and quantity.
- Inspection planning — critical dimensions and documentation agreed against your drawing, not a one-size report.
- Clarifying questions in writing — unclear callouts are returned as written questions before we quote or cut; incomplete RFQs get a follow-up, not a silent decline.
From engineering drawings to precision-machined components — same shop, same review team.

Owned Manufacturing Capacity
Figures match our manufacturing equipment and facility listings — 165 units across seven process groups. Full breakdowns live on those pages; here is the capacity buyers ask for first.
- CNC Lathes
- 43
- CNC Machining Centers
- 34
- Turn-Mill Machines
- 15
- Automatic Lathes
- 30
- Listed Units Total
- 165
Also listed in-house: 10 Swiss-type lathes (4×5-axis, 2×6-axis, 4 other), 7 gang-type CNC lathes, 20 screw machines, plus auxiliary mills and surface grinders. Listed machine precision is typically ±0.01 mm for CNC milling / turning / turn-mill; automatic lathes ±0.02 mm; screw machines ±0.05 mm — achievable part tolerance depends on geometry, material, fixturing, and the inspection plan on your drawing.
Inspection & Certificate Evidence
Inspection inventory below matches the lists on Quality, Inspection & Measurement, and the facility / equipment pages — so machine counts, shop photos, gauges, and certificates corroborate each other. Full quality process stays on the Quality hub; this is the evidence snapshot for supplier review.
| Equipment | Qty | Typical application |
|---|---|---|
| Coordinate measuring machine (CMM) | 1 | 3D dimensional and geometric inspection |
| Optical measuring systems (2D vision) | 5 | Profile, hole position, dimensional measurement |
| Height measuring instruments | 2 | Height and dimensional measurement |
| Concentricity measuring instrument | 1 | Concentricity measurement |
| Surface roughness tester | 1 | Surface roughness measurement |
| Rockwell hardness tester | 1 | Material hardness testing |
| Coating thickness gauge | 1 | Coating thickness measurement |
| Micrometers | 10 | Precision dimensional measurement |
| Digital calipers | 20 | General dimensional inspection |
| Dial calipers | 10 | General dimensional inspection |
Also on the shop floor: height gauges, gauge blocks, thread ring/plug gauges (M1.0–M16), and pin gauges (1.0–16.0). Having equipment does not mean every GD&T callout is covered — we confirm methods against your drawing at RFQ.

Quality hub (process & full cert detail) →Industry Experience We Prioritize
We focus on drawing-based programs where our equipment, inspection resources, and certificate scope are a practical fit. Priority verticals below come from live industry pages on this site — not generic market claims.
Automotive (IATF 16949 scope)
Shafts, sleeves, bushings, connectors, brackets, and housings for automotive parts manufacturers and equipment suppliers — with process routes chosen from turning, milling, turn-mill, or Swiss-type after drawing review.
Medical devices (ISO 13485 scope)
Precision shafts, bushings, sleeves, housings, brackets, pins, threaded components, and small turned connectors for OEMs and supply chains — inspection planned against your drawing, with agreed records before shipment when required.
Industrial equipment
OEM components for machinery and automation: shafts and pins, bushings and sleeves, brackets and mounting plates, housings and blocks, connectors and threaded parts, plus custom structural pieces to drawing.
Three Pages, Three Distinct Jobs
About Us is the identity and evidence hub. The three child pages below do not repeat Home ordering steps or the full Quality process — each has one job.
Job 1 · See the floor
Manufacturing Facility
Shop-floor evidence: in-house machine categories, process separation, inspection resources, and how production runs when orders overlap.
Job 2 · Compare suppliers
Why Choose YJCNC
Side-by-side evaluation aid: equipment coverage, inspection methods, and certificate relevance for buyers comparing machining suppliers.
Job 3 · Reach us
Contact Us
RFQ and inquiry channel: what to include in a useful request, contact details, and how to start a supplier-qualification conversation.
Request a Quotation
Send drawings and requirements through the quote form below (or email). On business days we aim to provide a quotation within 24 hours of a workable RFQ. If drawings or requirements are incomplete, we follow up for the missing details rather than declining without comment.
- 1.Files: STEP and PDF preferred (2D with GD&T helps lock critical features). Include material, critical tolerances, quantity, finish, and any inspection or certificate needs.
- 2.Timing: Quotations are typically provided within 24 hours on business days once the RFQ is workable.
- 3.Confidentiality: NDA available — if drawings or specs are confidential, ask for an NDA before you upload files. We routinely work under mutual NDAs with OEM and contract-manufacturer buyers.
Same SLA language as Home ordering — About Us states how to submit; Home walks the full four-step path.
