Why Machine Bronze with YJCNC

Bronze behaves differently from steel and aluminum on the machine. Its chip formation, heat behavior, and surface finish depend on the alloy and the process. Our engineering team reviews each drawing before production to select suitable tooling, cutting parameters, and inspection requirements.

Alloy Selection Support

Common bronze families such as tin bronze, phosphor bronze, and aluminum bronze machine differently. We discuss material requirements with customers and confirm suitable machining approaches before production begins.

Controlled Chip and Surface Finish

Bronze can produce long or stringy chips when cut poorly. Our turning and automatic lathe processes are set up to manage chip evacuation and to support consistent surface finish on bearing surfaces and sealing diameters.

Drawing-Based Inspection

Every order is verified against the customer drawing. Dimensional, concentricity, surface roughness, and hardness checks are carried out using our inspection resources as required by the project.
