Make your RFQ useful

Information that helps us assess your part

Please provide as many of these details as you can. If something is not finalized, send the current information and let us know what is still under review.

Part drawing

Dimensions, tolerances, notes, and revision level.

Material and quantity

Grade or approved material list, prototype quantity, order size, and expected repeat demand if known.

Tolerances and inspection

Critical dimensions, geometric requirements, reports, certifications, or records required.

Finish and delivery

Surface treatment, coating or plating, target delivery date, and key project milestones.

Destination and application

Share the delivery country and a brief description of the component’s use. Please avoid confidential information unless you are authorized to share it through the available contact channel.

Manufacturing capabilities

Processes we can discuss

Geometry, quantity, and tolerance requirements influence how a part should be produced. These process descriptions are a starting point, not a substitute for reviewing your drawing.

CNC milling

Brackets, housings, mounting plates, and prismatic features. Listed equipment includes 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC machines.

CNC turning

Shafts, sleeves, bushings, and rotational components. Our equipment inventory lists 43 CNC lathes.

Turn-mill

Components combining turned forms with milled features. We list 15 turn-mill machines.

Swiss-type machining

Small, slender, or detailed turned components. Our inventory includes 5-axis, 6-axis, and other Swiss-type lathes.

Automatic and screw machining

Pins, connectors, screws, and other small turned or threaded parts, subject to project requirements.

Equipment and inspection

Resources for a range of custom components

Our listed inventory includes 25 3-axis machining centers, one 4-axis machining center, eight 5-axis CNC machines, 43 CNC lathes, 30 automatic lathes, and 15 turn-mill machines. Additional equipment includes Swiss-type and gang-type lathes, screw machines, conventional mills, and surface grinders.

Listed machine precision varies by equipment category, from ±0.01 mm for several CNC processes to ±0.02 mm for automatic lathes and ±0.05 mm for screw machines. These are equipment listings, not a guarantee for every part; achievable results depend on design, material, process, and inspection requirements.

Inspection resources

Our inspection resources include a coordinate measuring machine, optical measuring systems, height measurement instruments, a concentricity instrument, a surface roughness tester, a Rockwell hardness tester, a coating thickness gauge, and dimensional gauges.

Tell us which characteristics are critical so we can discuss suitable inspection requirements. Specific inspection records, traceability expectations, and documentation should be agreed for the part and order.

Supplier qualification

We operate quality management systems certified to ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100D, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949. Certification scope and project applicability should be confirmed during supplier review. Include any certificate, quality documentation, or supplier information requirements in your inquiry.

Who we work with

Is your project a good fit?

We work with B2B customers sourcing custom components manufactured to drawings and technical specifications.

OEM and industrial equipment

Shafts, bushings, housings, brackets, connectors, and other custom parts.

Medical device manufacturers

Precision components and supplier quality-system requirements.

Aerospace and defense suppliers

Manufacturing capability, inspection needs, and supplier qualification.

Robotics, automation, electronics, and instrumentation

Small precision parts, actuators, connectors, and instrument components.

Machine shops and contract manufacturers

Subcontract machining or additional production capacity.

Engineering teams and product developers

Prototype parts, design validation components, or low-volume production.

Project review

A few details can help identify the right process

A turned part with cross-holes or milled flats may call for a different approach than a component machined primarily from a block. Small-diameter, slender parts may also need a different setup from larger housings or plates. Tell us which features drive the design.

Critical fits, hole positions, or concentricity

Fine details, threads, or small diameters

Multiple machined faces or complex profiles

Surface finish or coating requirements

Material and quantity constraints

Inspection or documentation expectations

We can review the information you provide and discuss relevant machining options. Final process selection and quotation depend on the complete part requirements.
